Ian Wright is a landscape photographer based in Ellesmere, Shropshire.
An avid observer of nature on his local 'patch', many of his photographs capture the moods and seasons of North Shropshire. He also travels extensively across the UK and Europe, photographing the coast and the traces of human activity on its shores as part of his project Seaside Relics. Equally at home in the city, his photography captures the overlooked and unremarkable spaces which form the urban landscape. He runs short courses in photography for beginners and improvers in Ellesmere and North Shropshire.
